SO YOU CAN FREELY ENJOY!

Where did the idea come from? How did your business start?

The idea came from a collision of happenings in our lives. One was a sermon about using every single talent we have to spread the gospel, another was consulting with a woman in which I was assisting overcome diabetes, and lastly my desire to create a healthy and delicious life for the masses.

What are the hardest lessons that you have learned as a business owner?

The hardest lesson has been realizing that it really does take money to make money.

What advice can you offer future entrepreneurs and would-be business owners?

Build your own team of experts. You can't do it all! You will have to trust enough to allow others to support you to success.

What do you most enjoy about owning your own business?

Dare I say, EVERYTHING! I love the entire process. From sourcing the finest herbs to participating in tastings, I especially love creating our artisan flavors combinations. I consider myself a "popcorn alchemist" Not only does Herby PoP provide flavor, it provides function. I LOVE IT!

How do you balance your work and social time?

The nature of Herby PoP is very social! Bottom line--popcorn is FUN! I'll be sure to keep up with my My Lifestyle Zen so I won't fall out of balance.
