My New Fave Spot: Union Sushi + Barbeque Bar
I think I've found one of my new fave restaurants - Union Sushi + Barbeque Bar. I loved the decor + cocktails + dinner. Any place that does it for me in all three categories is a must-do.

I loved the Buffalo Duck Wing (sweet chile and hot sauce butter, napa cabbage slaw + yuzu- blue cheese dressing) and Oxtail Rice (cilantro, garlic oil, crispy shallote).
the "best bang for buck + ultimate yum factor" award goes to...
The Duck Fat Yaki Soba (egg noodles, ginger, cabbage, bell pepper, green onion, bonito, seaweed + mustard-tonkatsu sauce). I have been dying for another serving of this bad boy ever since I left.
That was almost a month ago.
My cocktail pick was the Marjorie King. It is the perfect blend of bitter, sweet and smooth. I love the richness that egg white adds to cocktails - this addition along with maple syrup is an ideal compliment to the Olmeca Alto Reposado Tequila and Lime.
I wonder if we can get Chef Chao and crew onboard at StreetFood Artistry?
